Review the Exception Report

RTA will print an exception report if errors are found in the download. Typical errors are:
Class code not found:
Vehicle does not have a Class Code in the vehicle screen (MVM), or the Class Code in the vehicle screen does not exist in the Class Code file (MVC).
No cost found for class code: The wash rate for that Class Code does not have a cost.
Odometer out of range: Meter reading exceeded the system's maximum allowable mileage range; the meter will not be updated.
Odometer less than current: Meter reading is less than the vehicle's current reading.
Vehicle not found: Vehicle number does not exist in the system.
