Copy Work Order Templates

This utility program copies a range of work order templates from one facility to another.

Running the Utility

  1. Select System > Custom Utilities II > Misc Utilities > Copy WO Templates from the RTA main menu (SIMW).
  2. Read the message displayed and then choose Yes to continue.
  3. Enter the facility number where the original work order templates are located or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list
  4. Enter the starting and ending work order templates to copy or press F1 to make the selection from a lookup list.
  5. Enter the facility number where the work order templates will be copied or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list.

NOTE: If a work order template with the same name already exists in the "copy to" facility, that template will be skipped; a message will be displayed as well.
