Messenger "Active X" Control

If one or more users encounter an error similar to following upon starting the Messenger Module: "class not registered, error in messnger.cob", a "Library" program being utilized may not be installed on the computer. If this occurs, an "active X" control must be installed and registered prior to use. On the computer that encounters this error, run the client.exe program from the \client folder within your RTA fleet directory. This will install the "active X" control rich-text-box necessary to operate the Messenger Module.
