Paperless Shop (KPI)

Total users clocked into paperless: This is a count of all users that are clocked into the paperless shop for the facility.
Total direct hours: This is the total time for the date range from the paperless transactions that are assigned to work orders. This does not include any postings for mechanics that are currently clocked into paperless. (For the time to count there has to be a beginning and ending shift.)
Total indirect hours: This is the total time for the date range from the paperless transactions that are assigned as indirect. This does not include any postings for mechanics that are currently clocked into paperless. (For the time to count there has to be a beginning and ending shift.)
Ratio of indirect to direct hours: This ratio is calculated from the previous 2 lines. The total Direct hours divided by the total Indirect hours. i.e. (528 / 28 = 18 ---- Ratio = 18:1)
Total lost time: This is the time that is accumulated in paperless when a mechanic is not clocked into a direct or indirect job. i.e. working in the 'Process a WO' option.
Total Mechanics: This is a count of the Employee's that have the Type assignment of 'Mechanic'.
Total open assigned jobs: This is a count of all paperless labor transactions that are assigned to employees both direct and indirect.
