Motor Pool (KPI)

Total motor pool vehicles: This is the Number of vehicles that are currently on the Motorpool Unit list.
Total open reservations: This is the Current count of the 'On Reserve and Checked out' Motorpool reservations. (Not related to the date range entered when the KPI was run)
Total completed reservations: This is the number of Motorpool reservations that were closed between the dates entered when the KPI was run. (By Ending Date)
Total motor pool miles: This is the total Miles from closed Motorpool reservations that were closed between the dates entered when the KPI was run. (By Ending Date)
Total motor pool costs: This is the total of all Motorpool reservations closed between the dates entered when the KPI was run. (By Ending Date)
Total vehicles checked out: This is the Current count of the 'Checked out' Motorpool reservations. (Not related to the date range entered when the KPI was run)
Total vehicles past check in: This is the Current count of the 'Checked out' Motorpool reservations that are past due for the check in. (Not related to the date range entered when the KPI was run)
Total vehicles reserved: This is the Current count of Vehicles that have at least one reservation and that reservation has not been checked out. The vehicles in this count may also have Checked Out & Past Checkin reservations. (Not related to the date range entered when the KPI was run)
Average reservation days: This is the total of the 'reservation days' for all reservations closed between the dates entered when the KPI was run divided by the number of reservations (By Ending Date)
Highest use rate type: This looks at all of the reservations closed in the date range for the KPI and reports the rate code used the most.
Lowest use rate type: This looks at all of the reservations closed in the date range for the KPI and reports the rate code used the least.
