Renumber a Customer

This utility program renumbers a customer and updates all the corresponding data records for that customer.

Running the Utility

  1. Select System > Custom Utilities II > Misc Utilities > Renumber Customer from the RTA main menu (SIMR).
  2. Read the message displayed and then choose OK to continue.
  3. Enter the facility number or press F1 to select a facility from the lookup list
  4. Enter the old customer number or press F1 to select a customer from the lookup list.
  5. Enter the new customer number.
  6. Choose OK to start the process.
  7. Choose Yes or No to renumber another customer.
