Procedure
- Set available time slots based on shop hours of operation and mechanic availability
- The Scheduler Kiosk screen (Schedule Vehicle Service), is accessed outside of RTA
- Customer requests service on a vehicle from Kiosk calendar for an available time slot
- Management approves or declines service requests
- Management creates a Job Line on a new or existing Work Order from requests
- Follow-up Customer notifications are triggered along the way until Service is done
