RPV Error - NovaPDF product not licensed

Problem

A user tries printing and an error is thrown saying that novaPDF is not licensed, or is not installed.

Step by Step guide:

  1. Install the RTA client on the local Machine logged in as the user that is experiencing the issue
  2. Delete the current NovaPDF printer located in "Devices and Printers"

  3. Install the novaPDF printer from customers.rtafleet.com/files/novapsv.exe

It may be required to completely uninstall RPV and delete the RPV folder out of the appdata folder.
