RPV Error - NovaPDF product not licensed
Problem
A user tries printing and an error is thrown saying that novaPDF is not licensed, or is not installed.
Step by Step guide:
- Install the RTA client on the local Machine logged in as the user that is experiencing the issue
Delete the current NovaPDF printer located in "Devices and Printers"
- Install the novaPDF printer from customers.rtafleet.com/files/novapsv.exe
It may be required to completely uninstall RPV and delete the RPV folder out of the appdata folder.
