dblogin.cob Missing Error

Problem

When running RTA or one of the add-on modules, the user gets an error stating that dblogin.cob is missing.

Solution

Verify that dblogin.cob exists in the Fleet Folder, and that it is the correct version (try running it through the commandline with rta.exe /p:dblogin.cob).

If it does not run, check in the cblconfi file (open with notepad) that there is a line that states "recursion 1".  If it is missing, add it in and restart the program.
