Ensuring Receipt of RTA Communications
If you are not receiving emails from RTA sent from our HubSpot account, there are a few steps to take to ensure that this is corrected.
Add RTA’s from email address to your email client address book. This tells the inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from that address. Each email client has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in their help documentation.
Request that your IT/Email team add RTA’s email sending domains to their allow list. This tells your email server that it should expect to receive emails from any from address containing those domains.

Open and click links in emails received from RTA. This tells the inbox to trust emails coming from RTA’s address and email sending domain.
Move RTA emails found in your SPAM/junk folder back to the inbox. This tells the inbox where to place that email in the future and improves RTA’s domain's sender reputation.
