Email PO to Vendor Not Responding


When using the feature to email a PO to a vendor, either it doesn't respond for several minutes and freezes or you get an error message that doesn't allow you to email out the PO


You will need to install or reinstall NovaPDF or RPV. Usually this occurs if the NovaPDF isn't installed properly. Inside of the C:Program Files (x86)/RPV folder, there is an install for NOVAPDF. You will need to uninstall it first before running this install. If you have trouble with this, please give us a call and we can get dialed in.
