"Not Approved" added to PO Print
With Po Approvals turned on, when the user prints the po and if it isn't yet approved, the printout will replace the Bill to, Shipto, address' with the text "NOT APPROVED FOR PURCHASE." This is the checking to see if the PO status is anything but green. In both RPV and Crystal, the type is red. This is in all prints of the PO; Wide Narrow and Tracking, Standard RPV and Crystal.
