The Class Replacement Details report provides detailed information about vehicle replacement plans organized by class code. This report is useful for fleet managers who need a structured overview of vehicle age, cost, and replacement timelines to plan capital expenditures effectively.
Use Case
Plan upcoming vehicle replacements based on projected life and mileage
Evaluate costs associated with replacement including resale value, purchase price, and upfit cost
Identify overdue or underutilized vehicles by comparing year and mileage

Replacement by Year
Once the Class Replacement Details report is run, it presents a grouped table organized by Class Code. Each group shows vehicles along with their projected replacement details. Totals are not presented, but the table includes several metrics important for forecasting, such as projected years and mileage, resale value, and cost components.

Replacement Info
The Class Replacement Details report displays a comprehensive breakdown of vehicle class groupings with summarized replacement planning metrics. Each row represents a specific vehicle class, showing aggregated data such as the number of vehicles in the class, purchase history, replacement vehicle info, and assigned service types. Key projections—such as estimated meter life, resale value, and service frequency—are provided to help forecast replacement timelines and budget implications.
