Release 25.9
Feature/Function | Description |
The Employee Toolbox module allows both employees and managers to efficiently track, validate, and manage toolboxes within Fleet360. Toolboxes represent valuable investments for your organization. This module ensures those tools remain accounted for, in good condition, and properly validated for safety and operational readiness.
The PTO Block feature in Shift Management allows supervisors and administrators to mark a technician’s schedule as Paid Time Off (PTO) or unavailable for work directly within Paperless Shop. This helps maintain accurate labor reporting and ensures PTO or other non-working periods are reflected in mechanic reports.
The Post to Pumps and Tanks feature gives you control over when your fuel transactions are finalized and recorded to your pumps and tanks. Instead of automatically applying each fuel transaction immediately, this process allows you to review and close open transactions, typically after receiving your delivery invoice, to ensure accuracy and alignment with your physical fuel usage.
The Manual Parts Charge-Out page allows users to create, review, and manage manual part charge-outs efficiently. This page includes autofill and filtering features to streamline the charge-out process and maintain accurate records.
The Part Merge tool is designed to help you maintain a clean, accurate, and organized parts database. By consolidating duplicate part files into a single authoritative record, you ensure that your inventory, reporting, and purchasing workflows stay accurate and efficient.
The FIFO Stack Record in the Part File is a tool designed to help Parts Managers and Fleet Managers track part costs over time using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory method.
New System Switches/Settings |
|
This system switch determines whether duplicate values are permitted within your fleet database. Enable the switch to allow vehicles to have duplicate license or serial numbers, or disable it to require each vehicle to maintain a unique license plate and VIN.
The Vendor Freight Tax feature allows organizations to automatically apply tax to freight charges on Purchase Orders.
Importing Update | |
Before beginning any import, you can download pre-formatted templates that display all available columns and required fields for that import type. This ensures your file is formatted correctly before uploading, saving time and preventing validation errors.
Reports | |
The Current Brake Status report lists the most recent measured brake depth by axle for each vehicle, alongside threshold values for warning and critical status. Fleet managers can quickly spot vehicles with brakes at or below thresholds to prioritize inspections and repairs.
The Vehicle Warranties report lists warranty coverage by vehicle and system, including start/end, length, remaining coverage (months/meters), vendor, and status (Active/Disabled/Expired). Fleet managers can quickly identify expiring or expired warranties to route repairs for coverage and reduce spend.
The Part Kit List report shows each part kit and its component parts, including quantities, on-hand counts, costs, and extended totals. Fleet parts managers can use it to confirm kit completeness, stock levels, and valuation by facility and fit code.
The Employee Toolbox report lists tools assigned to an employee’s toolbox, including brand, part number, condition, last validation details, quantity, and price. Fleet and shop managers can use it to track accountability, validation schedules, and total tool value by employee and facility.
The Work Order Scheduling report lists open work orders by facility with priority, customer, age, line counts, costs, and scheduled vs. remaining hours. Fleet managers can use it to prioritize work, balance technician capacity, and follow up on aging WOs before SLA or compliance deadlines. |
