It’s an easy way to share information, track costs, and make decisions with accurate, up-to-date data.

Part VMRS Import

Consistent parts data keeps your repair costs accurate and your reports reliable. RTA Fleet360 now lets you upload or update Part VMRS codes in bulk, saving you time and reducing mistakes. The system adds new codes or updates existing ones for you, so your records stay clean.

Asset Custom Descriptions Import

If you’re moving data into RTA Fleet360 or setting up your asset details, you can now bring in all your asset custom fields at once instead of entering them manually.

When assets need to shift between facilities, doing it one at a time slows everything down. RTA Fleet360 now lets you move multiple assets in a single step while keeping all of their history intact. The system also flags anything that might cause problems, like open work orders or duplicate assets, so you can resolve them early and keep your records organized.

Pump to Tank Transfer

Pump-to-tank transfers can throw off your numbers if they’re not tracked correctly. You can now record those transfers directly inside RTA Fleet360 with built-in checks to help prevent mistakes like mismatched fuel types or overfilled tanks. Each transfer updates your inventory and creates a clean log so your numbers stay consistent.

Fuel only Asset transaction posting for EFI

Fuel usage matters, even if an asset isn’t in your system. The new fuel-only processing option lets you record those transactions without creating new asset files, keeping your fuel reports complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Motor Pool Updates

Driver Validation Settings

Motor pool checkouts now come with an optional driver validation step that helps protect your fleet. When enabled, RTA Fleet360 verifies license expiration and “good to drive” status before a vehicle can be checked out. If something isn’t right, the system stops the checkout so you can avoid unnecessary risk.
